This variation of our handmade cheese is packed full of pure cumin giving the cheese a daring flavor that is sure to appeal to both Chinese and Western pallets.  While the spices are the first thing you notice they still do nothing to detract from the smooth, creamy flavor of the cheese they hide within.

Medium sizes are over 900-grams per wheel for younger cheeses - weights drop to 735 grams for Aged cheeses. 

Small sizes are about 425 grams per wheel and aged cheeses drop to 325 grams.
