I, a Dutch agriculturist living in China since 1997 with my wife and two daughters, dreamed of setting up a cheese making farm to bless the small-scale farmers in our county (see business philosophy). I worked for many years in agricultural businesses and development work. I have worked in Holland, United Kingdom and China in proffesional agricultural work. apart from this I visited about 25 different countries as consultant/technologist.

In 2003 the first cheeses were made and with major success. I found that the cheeses produced had the same quality and taste as those produced at farmhouses in Holland. There is no need anymore to bring cheeses from overseas as you can now get our cheeses of superior quality!

We have a dedicated team of employees who all take pride in making the best cheese of China! They realize that we are writing history as we build a new market for speciality cheeses in China.
