How to peel/clean the cheeses/rind? Print E-mail

In order to take off the coating economically, we give you two options:

1. Before cutting the cheese, but the cheese in lukewarm water for 2 minutes. Dry the cheese and than cut it and peel off coating;

2. Leave cheeses for a few hours in room temperature and cut and peel off cheeses;

The coating comes off very difficult when cold (straight out of fridge).
