Where does our milk come from? |

Our milk is bought from small-scale dairy farmers. We all know them by name and we have special contracts with them. We only work with farmers that have between 3- 20 cows as those farmers are not only the poorest, but are better to work with. They do not need to use antibiotics routinely to prevent diseases as their stock density is low, which prevents diseases already. They are also poor, so they do not want to waste any product or add costs.
