Yellow Valley cheeses do only contain natural ingredients, which are carefully selected for their quality. All ingredients are imported apart from the milk obviously! Milk our main ingredient is bought from local small-scale farmers, with whom we have good relations. The milk is tested every day in the labatory to ensure compliance with the highest standards. Farmers we work with do not use anti-biotics routinely and/or other medicines. Milk is check daily by our lab for anti-biotics in the milk. Farmers feed the cows from their own land on which they do not use any pesticides or herbicides. Other ingredients used, like starter culture, rennet are all imported from Holland to ensure best quality product. Herbed Cheeses - all the herbs are imported from Holland as we want to guarantee quality and safety and excellent taste.
