How to store Yellow Valley Farmhouse Cheese? 1. Get it out of the package in store in the fridge; 2. If you have cut a piece, wrap all pieces in food film to protect the cheese against dehydration and mould; 3. Do not leave cheese for extended periods in ambient temperatures after it has been cut; 4. the yellow rind is best taken off with a cheese slicer (can be bought at IKEA) and/or by first leaving the cheeses at ambient temperatures and peel off the rind (coating); 5. Cheeses can be stored, if not touched, for extended period of time, but flavour will become stronger and will reduce in moisture content; Any questions? Please ask!
